Buff Dudes Cutting Plan Prep Phase Workout: (To Be Performed Every Other Day, 3 Days a Week for 3 Weeks)
Rest Times: 90 Seconds Between Compound Exercises, 60 Between Isolation.
DAY 1 – Full Body
Back Squats 5 sets x 5 reps
Bent Over Rows 5 sets x 5 reps
Flat Barbell Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Push Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Cable Rope Triceps Extensions 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral Raise 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated Calf Raise 3 sets x 10 reps
Day 2 – Full body
Deadlifts 5 sets x 5 reps
Pull-Ups 5 sets x 5 reps (weighted if needed)
Incline Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Overhead Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Barbell Curls 3 sets x 10 reps
Bent Over Reverse Flys 3 sets x 10 reps
Standing Calf Raises 3 sets x 10 reps
Day 3 – Full body
Front Squats 5 sets x 5 reps
Pendlay Rows 5 sets x 5 reps
Chest Dips 5 sets x 5 reps (weighted if needed)
Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extensions 3 sets x 10 reps
Cable Front Raises 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets x 10 reps

Personally, I don’t like gyms. They are so crowded and I can’t do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

I have the cutting book and just did day one of the prep phase. Shit kicked my ass. I might just stick to the prep for a month before heading into week 1
Been looking for a nice full body routine. Going to start this routine in a few weeks, starting light and building up. Gonna throw in some cardio (running, cycling, ropeskipping) and football (soccer for the Americans) and maybe some abbs.

I always thought dieting is expensive and ‘healthy’ food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have *Agoge Diet* that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can’t.

I’m an evening exerciser, (though, occasionally, I go for a 5am run), but I can never stomach breakfast. Even a banana is difficult. Coffee is fine, though.
The hardest part about getting more muscle is having a good diet. That was my main problem until I found the Agoge diet plan. Now I’m gaining more muscle than ever.

I planned on doing this next Monday as I coming off a 4 month hiatus (arthritic shoulder and pec major sprain).
