Hi friends! I have decided to lose some weight, and I created this journal to help me record all my efforts and progress along the way. In this video I’ll walk you through my setup for spreads on Weekly Weigh Ins, Weight Graph, Bloodwork Changes, Strength Training gains, a Pounds-to-Lose Map, Photo Progress by Month, Monthly Measurements, Calorie Log/Food Diary, and Average Calories Per Day.
I used Archer and Olive Acrylograph pens for the lettering in this journal, and the notebook itself is a small size (B6) so that it can fit in my purse . . . this is critical because I will have to constantly update the calorie log as I go through each day! A small size journal is needed so that I can take it everywhere I go.
