    I just love this workout video… Shout out to how you can modify same exercise to different size categories… Initially it will be difficult for overweight person to jump and immediately switch to another workout… But this one is perfect… Thanks for considering all category of people….๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ

    Can you plz do a fast paced low impact advanced cardio. The ones I keep doing I have done so many times I don’t feel them anymore. I need a new one which is harder

    I did this workout on my lunch and boy was it good! This is the best workout you all have put outโ€ฆjust my opinion! Challenging, but not over the top crazy stuff! Resistance, cardio and abs all in 30 minutesโ€ฆsooo good! I looove a good total body workout! They are so efficient and almost always get the heart racing, due to the compound moves! Please do more of theseโ€ฆ๐Ÿ˜
