I did this workout on my lunch and boy was it good! This is the best workout you all have put outโฆjust my opinion! Challenging, but not over the top crazy stuff! Resistance, cardio and abs all in 30 minutesโฆsooo good! I looove a good total body workout! They are so efficient and almost always get the heart racing, due to the compound moves! Please do more of theseโฆ๐
