this is the exact same dynamic warm-up and stretch routine the U.S. Army used back in the late 90’s early 2000’s. Very effective.

You need to do a better job at explaining how to properly do some of these stretches. I had no idea if I was doing the hip flexor stretch right and it genuinly made me so frustrated I almost just stopped
