How important is exercise for diabetes?
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week. If you have trouble fitting in 30 minutes of exercise at a time, consider breaking it up into 10-minute segments. It’s best to spread your activity out over at least 3 days during the week and try not to go more than 2 days in a row without exercising. Remember: moderate intensity means that you are working hard enough that you can talk, but not sing, during the activity. Vigorous-intensity means you cannot say more than a few words without pausing for a breath during the activity.
If you haven’t been very active recently, start out with 5 or 10 minutes a day. Then, increase your activity sessions by a few minutes each week. Over time, you’ll see your fitness improve, and you’ll find that you’re able to do more. Getting started with Diabetes exercises at home.

I never believe I could get rid of my Diabetes disease not until I came across Dr IGUDIA YouTube channel and after using his herbs medication that was the end of my Diabetes disease

As I did it regularly this fond exercises for almost 2 months , Luckily I made a difference.

My Sessure almost occured 2x a month while in medication w/o this exercise .
Unfortunately due to some unavoidable circumstances I haven’t done this exercise work out for 4days,
All of a sudden, witout any notice ,
Sign that I will felt it,
I have had a sessure again with a big wave for almost 2 minutes…
That’s my Lesson Learned..
Now , after continuing this exercise regularly more than a month now to here was not!..

thank you , i did level 1 this afternoon and come back to do level 3 not to hard , stay with it ,made my steps in fitbit .
I have 6.3 sugar level and i am doing every morning l excercises and make feel good. I hope I will drop my A!C level by 3 month. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. God bless u and ur family.
