Guys. lost lots of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some tips right now. That is one sad and disgusting picture of that body builder…the human body is not meant to expand that big because that puts a lot of strain into the heart and brain, and the kidneys have to work twice as hard when someone is that big. If that dude trains any harder, something will pop and ooze out if he overdoes it.

@EricSchwin22 I saw that picture in another youtube video and there the comments are that it is photoshop that built the muscles….I think so too…And raw food is very nice but all the fruit you have to consume for the quick energy is hell on the teeth. Friend of mine does raw food and his teeth are in very bad shape now, he can’t work without a bottle of juice on stage (we are violinists)….
