I switched to Allulose instead of sugar.

  2. Christopher Steele on October 25, 2022 at 8:33 am

    I’m in Love with Meredith

  3. FV4005 Stage II on October 25, 2022 at 8:35 am

    You’re not dietitians, you’re shills.

  4. EVELYN FIVE on October 25, 2022 at 8:35 am

I’m not sure, but I’m feeling they just reading some kind of medical definition instead of logical explanation ?

  5. The Fresh Prince of No hair on October 25, 2022 at 8:44 am

Processed sugar is bad !! these two shills donโ€™t know what theyโ€™re talking about. I wonder how much the junk food industry is paying them to down play the deadly effects of sugar on our sedentary population.

  6. Max Gluteus on October 25, 2022 at 8:46 am

These two ladies, especially the one on the right reminds me of a typical medical/pharma sales reps that I met, could be the tone of the voice. Or the way that she regurgitated the semi digested brainwash material the night before. I’m not saying she is, but her style reminds me of such person.

  7. mikebarnacle on October 25, 2022 at 8:46 am

Frustrating. They are using the term "sugar" as dieticians, and including the broader group of carbohydrates. Whereas most people watching this think of sugar as simple refined white added sugar. So when they say things like it’s a bad idea to eliminate sugar from your diet entirely, they are saying something totally different from what most people think they mean. Please do attempt to remove as much added refined sugar from your diet as much as you possibly can. No matter how hard you try you will still be consuming too much of this crap as it is added to everything.

  8. Disturbed 101 on October 25, 2022 at 8:46 am

No. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ Just no. Shame there will be people who would actually fall for this nonsense.

  9. Timothy eric Lane on October 25, 2022 at 8:47 am

we know who is paying this video hahahah lol,,,

  10. Coffee on October 25, 2022 at 8:49 am

Foods loaded with sugar keep you wanting more and donโ€™t fill you up.

  11. James W on October 25, 2022 at 8:50 am

Based on my own experience of changing my diet between keto + intermittent fasting, intermittent fasting with carbs and alternate 24 hour fasting. Lots of their statements don’t match my experience. The only reason I started messing with my diet was to control my excessive consumption of sugary foods. The mental focus from fasting is amazing. This video is horrible misinformation.

  12. Jarek Zawadzki on October 25, 2022 at 8:51 am

Sugars in sweets have been reduced to their simplest form? What? A kid in elementary schools knows that sucrose (table sugar) is more complex than fructose.

  13. Jarek Zawadzki on October 25, 2022 at 8:54 am

Artificial sweeteners do not lead to over eating if you’re on keto diet, at least not for everybody. I sue them, and i do not overeat. If you eat starchy food, then it might be true. And if you’re on a keto diet, everything seems sweeter to you.

  14. Francisco Fernandes on October 25, 2022 at 8:55 am

Sugar is very bad for you. The body does not need sugar. The body makes the necessary inside.
What a disappointed pair of dietitians (is this a medical profession?).
    ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

  15. MrTeknotronic on October 25, 2022 at 8:56 am

We absolutely have a cultural addiction to sugar. People literally can’t stop cramming that stuff down their gullets. There’s a reason for that…

  16. Thomas Gronek on October 25, 2022 at 8:58 am

Are biology classes mandatory to become a dietician, or nutritionist ? Apparently not.

  17. Sirrom on October 25, 2022 at 8:59 am

them saying sugar isn’t addictive is laughable.

  18. Michael Parker on October 25, 2022 at 9:00 am

    Sugar is 100% addictive.

  19. Jarek Zawadzki on October 25, 2022 at 9:01 am

Humans ate keto before the discovery of agriculture, as this is (was) their natural diet and they did not have much other chose either, there was no plenty of wild grain or fruits growing around. People ate fruits occasionally when they chanced to find any.

  20. Marc Applewhite on October 25, 2022 at 9:01 am

    Sugar is addicting, trust me.

  21. AK on October 25, 2022 at 9:03 am

    Sugar is 100% addictive.

  22. Mikayla Stewart on October 25, 2022 at 9:04 am

Sugar is 100% addictive. I am addicted to sugar lol.

  23. Garry on October 25, 2022 at 9:04 am

LIES LIES LIES….pretty standard "reporting" from Insider. Sugar is TOXIC.

  24. Richard Sullivan on October 25, 2022 at 9:06 am

The human body does not require to eat sugar or carbohydrates at all, your liver will produce the exact your body needs without eating them,if you got locked in a room for 10 years and all you had to eat was clams you would be fine, check out the liver King, all he eats is raw liver

  25. MS 37 on October 25, 2022 at 9:06 am

When regular folk talk about sugar, we mean all that added processed crap. Should have talked about that much more. Look at what itโ€™s done to the US.

  26. steve penfold on October 25, 2022 at 9:06 am

Where did you find these idiotic sugar stooges? Shocking amount of lies, misinformation and bullshit.

  27. William Friar on October 25, 2022 at 9:08 am

If youโ€™re older than 50, youโ€™ve seen the comparative effects of sugarโ€™s impact on health since fats were declared evil in the early 1980s. Talk all you want, ladies. I saw the catastrophe occur in real time. Sugar is poison. NATURE limits how much sugar we get by the amount of water and fiber that naturally comes with it.

  28. Manongs Adventure on October 25, 2022 at 9:09 am

Donโ€™t ever go to this two dietitian if you ever want to be healthy.

  29. OldTymer on October 25, 2022 at 9:10 am

I’ve been off sugar and refined carbs for almost two years now (I do enjoy them once in awhile for special occassions and holidays). I’m off all meds and my bloodwork and vitals look great for a guy in his 30s…

I’ll be Sixty-three next month. And no, I wasn’t always so healthy.

I like how you DIDN’T site any research or studies, I’m sure your sugar daddys in the sugar industry are proud of you. I suppose next you’ll be telling us that alcohol, Marijuana and cocaine is okay too.

BTW, the nose ring was annoying and distracting.

  30. sportymum 76 on October 25, 2022 at 9:11 am

I suppose these โ€œexpertsโ€ are sponsored by sugar industry.

  31. Justa Youtuber on October 25, 2022 at 9:13 am

Many of the anti-sugar myths were created by the companies that made artificial sweeteners. And the sugar producers promoted myths about the safety of artificial sweeteners. Its all about $$

  32. Infini_Ryu on October 25, 2022 at 9:13 am

How the hell do dietitians not know that your body can produce all the glucose it requires from protein and fat precursors? That we need exogenous sugar is what is a complete myth. Our brain is going to be fine running 83% glucose and 17% ketones. That is completely sustainable.

What you’re doing when you consume sugar is you’re pouring excess sugar into a system that is already capped out in sugar. There is no possible way to moderate your own blood sugar like this. Consume protein and fat and let your body handle blood sugar like any normal animal you could think off, even our herbivorous cousins rely on a high fat diet.

    What about stevia??

  34. D&D Royal kennel Indonesia on October 25, 2022 at 9:16 am

what a lot of rubbish i dnt think should have licence dangerous miss information

  35. Peters Wellington The 3rd on October 25, 2022 at 9:16 am

Telling people with diabetes to use artificial sweetener is reckless. You should be ashamed

  36. Alex on October 25, 2022 at 9:16 am

Of course the mainstream say sugar free diets don’t work. If we removed sucrose and fructose from the big food giants, they would go bankrupt.

Zero sugar nutrition is highly effective. It’s how we have evolved over millions of years to survive.

  37. Bill Ledonne on October 25, 2022 at 9:17 am

The Dr on the right seems completely void of emotion.

  38. Harold Zwingley on October 25, 2022 at 9:18 am

If there’s anything more stupid than a dietitian, it’s two dietitians. This is the female version of Dumb and Dumber. Who sent them? VEGANS

  39. brianpso on October 25, 2022 at 9:18 am

Not knowing to differenciate between sugar and carbohydrates makes me give this video a hard pass. Where do these people learn this shit? It’s almost like they’re doing this on purpose.

  40. airborne brick on October 25, 2022 at 9:18 am

This is just 10 things that they are saying "weeeell technically…." about and missing the larger point behind all of them. Except maybe the honey-agave one.

  41. Anna on October 25, 2022 at 9:19 am

This video contains a lot of false information and is literally harmful to people with diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.

  42. Thomas Gronek on October 25, 2022 at 9:20 am

WOW, you did a great job of memorizing the dogma, but apparently never had a biology class. Lets not chew into your false information, I have a new topic for discussion: Glycosylation of hemoglobin is not a good thing, but more importantly, it is a measure of Glycosylation of other pieces parts of the circulatory systems, and body, to include, but not limited to: LDL, proteins, connective tissue, bone, etc. Now, with that said, , , even though it causes diabetes, that is NOT the only damage caused by Glycosylation. So tell me how ANYONE can safely ingest sugar. Yes, it IS addictive, yes, it DOES cause diabetes. Look at Mexico, and the level of ingesting Coca-Cola and the rate of diabetes. Now, you might say that association isn’t causation, but the only link between cigarette smoke and cancer is also only association. There has never been, nor will there ever be a study proving or disproving that an item associated with an issue, is the cause of that issue.

  43. uPsIdEdOwN on October 25, 2022 at 9:20 am

    They’ve never heard of Gluconeogenisis?!

This is bad advice. You don’t need sugar.

  44. Jo Mama on October 25, 2022 at 9:21 am

I disagree with just about everything they said. I feel like I know more about this than your "experts".

  45. Alex on October 25, 2022 at 9:23 am

This video was brought to you by our partners: Coca-Cola

  46. waterworthgardens on October 25, 2022 at 9:23 am

These 2 need to be fired. Sugar should never be eaten. It is the reason for diabetes, stroke, heart disease, osteoporosis, fatty liver, kidney failure and early aging. Stop spreading lies.

  47. Felicia Dibia on October 25, 2022 at 9:24 am

Thank you for this video, i always feel guilty when ever i take sugar, as if i am doing wrong

  48. hdb00981 on October 25, 2022 at 9:24 am

I quit sugar. I had cravings. Strong ones. Now I don’t. I also used to crash early afternoons for an hour. Now my energy levels are even. Rarely do I crash. Very rarely. So…
