Both ways can be productive….this is just a suggestion.
You can also hold a stick across your back and rotating left and right, starting very slowly but moving to your normal rotation speed (the way you would turn back in general). It will give you the same result. Better done in a gym under no to little supervision.

I have a problem, i am pretty skinny and my wingbones prevent my upperback from touching the wall, what should i do? I can touch the upper back only if my arms are in front, not with elbows on the wall

I always had a hunchback for my whole life so i’m gonna do this everyday abd gonna update this for motivation.
Day 1 – done, but it was very hard, I felt it in my upperback, arms and neck. Couldn’t get it straight yet but felt a difference already
Day 2- still little hard, did also other stretches what helps for hunchback.
Day 3- done, i already feel improvement , but I have to think about my posture to while sitting etc
Day 4- skipped a day 0-0
Day 5 – its getting easier, i strech before I do this workout and it helps me a little

Your really helpful im trying yo pushup exercises and i always had bad posture so im glad i was recommended this whenever i finished the pushups my back sometimes hurt so this is nice hope it works 😀

I tried this and my chin shot straight up because my neck is so stiff lol
I cant keep all of my back on the wall there is empty space inbeetween me and the wall
Forgot just 1 thing. Keep your neck against the wall as well. For us tech peeps we need to straighten our necks daily.
