Exercise Ball Basics

These exercise ball basics will show you how to properly use and inflate a yoga ball (aka Swiss Ball, Stability Ball, Fitness Ball, etc) using King Athletic’s Fitness Ball. The King Athletic Fitness Ball is great for various stretches and exercises including ones to workout your abs, gluts, hips, thighs back and more. It’s also great for yoga and Pilates.

The exercise ball is available in 2 sizes: 55 cm & 65 cm. For individuals (5’1″-5’7″) use the 55cm ball. For individuals (5’8″- 6’2″) use the 65cm ball.

The Fitness ball is made with an anti-burst, smell-free material that’s BPA and phthalate free. It also includes a free foot pump.

    Hey doctor Jo, I’ve been experiencing really bad IT band pain lately, usually while squatting, jumping, etc. is there anything I can do to get rid of it?

    i dislocated my knee five weeks ago and i was wondering what videos i should refer to so i can start running again
