i would recommend doing 30 sets in the morning and, if you have time in the afternoon.

this is ridiculous. stop giving false infos. you can’t spot reduce, more so you cant build muscle just by parting ur legs apart repetitively and stretching.
Please don’t do this. There is no way to spot reduce fat. The only way to lose fat is through calorie deficit, excercise, diet.
