If you can run an entire football field in under 20 seconds MORE than once, you are already fit and this is just training. I don’t see how this can make you any fitter than you already are.

You don’t improve speed with that lol
20 seconds for the field is actually pretty easy. A football field is like 110 meters total if you include the end zones. It’s not a long run at all, if you’re somewhat fit you can probably get under 20 seconds pretty easily at like 60% effort.
What makes this hard is the lack of full recovery.
For at least 3 quarters of the planet the workout is done immediately

It’s match fitness. Clearly for athletes with phenomenal conditioning to start with. If you are regular guy… Just go for the slow jog and lift some weights. Eat proteins. Adequate fat n carbs. Sprint once a week. You’ll be sorted.

I think the people saying they can’t even do one of these are seriously underestimating themselves. A soccer field is about 110 meters. If you are healthy enough to run or jog for a few minutes without stopping you could likely sprint 110 in 20
imagine how fast this guy would run after doing all this if he didn’t run like an 8 year old and had even remotely proper technique
