Great video!! I hope it will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you all start judging if I am eating clean. I started with Next Level Diet one month ago and it’s working great for me, but I just need to boost it up little more with this.

I’m a 🍐shaped woman but used to be ⏳. My problem has been consistency & snacking. I’ve decided do this wo & reduce snacking for 21 days straight. Today is day 6…no change yet (=discouraging) but I’m gonna keep going. Updates will follow.
