I really hate cardio 😆 but I always wanted to try it.. whenever I do cardio my heart beat so fast that I couldn’t breathe 😩
Today was my first day trying those I might update every week to see how it works
I gained 15 kg from quarantine

Goal : lose 20 kgs
1. First day was so hard I felt that I was dying I didn’t even do stretches because of how tired I was
Week 1 : I worked out until Wednesday and then on Thursday I sprained my ankle(not because of this),i can walk, run and jump and it doesn’t hurt so I’m going to get back at it soon. I lost 1 kg and a few grams
I lost 25 kg with this workout

I’m doing this once to twice a week. For the other days, I do other cardio videos here in youtube just to alternate the exercises to lessen my laziness in doing cardio
I’ll try it and let’s see what’s gonna make this video with me !
I’m 70 kg and I’ll try it with diet to see good result means just be healthy not hard diet!!

I have never commented on any video in my whole life. This time gonna do it.
Trying it again after long time. As i have put on so much weight during this lockdown.
Please support me so that I can exercise daily rather than feeling lazy and update you on daily basis.
P.S. i don’t have weighting machine. But i guess if I do it daily I will be able to see changes by myself 🙂

I couldn’t even complete 13 minutes of this without taking the longest breaks in existence im so out of shape- today im done lets see how I do tomorrow
This was my worst fav workout back in the day when i was trying to get in shape & build endurance!
Now that i’m back to the gym, it’s still pretty hard & long but it’s waay better then when i barely worked out xD
Idk what happened over the years to the point that jumping jacks are not the worst thing in the world for me but i’m glad :’D

I started my fitness journey with this cardio workout…and let me tell you, after 21 days of doing this….I could see visible changes in my body… this works like magic…this is the most effective cardio workout….you have to try this….🔥
So active rest for me wasnt about jumping jack but was about lying in a floor as if i’m dead🙂
Lasted 8 mins the first day. 10 the next 8 the next, break day, should i do it again today? hurts like hell when i do it………….
I do it for 5 minutes now
and I already felt tired

This workout helped a close friend of mine lose about 40 lbs or more. We were working out together and i only did it for about 3 months with a healthy diet and lost a ton of weight. He continued and looks completely different now and feels way more comfortable in his own skin. He’s been doing this workout for more than a year now. I’m back again after a couple of months because no matter how hard I try to do another workout I always find my way back to this one because I was truly seeing drastic changes and no other workout seems to help. So if you’re honestly thinking about trying this one out I promise you if you’re consistent and changing your eating habits you will see fast and long lasting results.
Tried this, long story short, couldn’t do half of it cause my heart wanted to jump out of my body and woke up f’d up the next morning but, I will try again and again and again, there’s no quit in me anymore
