Fitness with Mitch and Bill – Session 3

Our popular Sequester Camp series on fitness exercises and strategies for addressing issues that are common to people with FSH muscular dystrophy. It takes persistence. Bill has worked with Mitch for four years to get from not being able to lift his arms at all to being able to swing them over his head. He also is convinced that the exercise has restored strength to muscles, such as his bicep, that had been damaged by FSHD.
