Full Body Mini RESISTANCE BAND Workout

Today’s full body mini resistance band workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one mini band! We will start things off with some lower body exercises, then move into upper body and then finish things off with some ab exercises utilizing that exercise band throughout. Let’s do it!!

    This was awesome! My first time using a resistance band. Thank you for adding points in between it really makes it easier to switch between moves (especially bc I’m super uncoordinated)

    I started doing this workout this week. I was thinking in doing this till i get strong and manage to do every step excatrly. However I am not feeling sore the next day. Does it mean that I am not working out well?> Well done and thank you

    Wow! LOVE how you recorded this, as there was no audio instruction necessary. I cranked my own workout tunes and followed along easily with just the visuals you provide. I also appreciate the “up nexts”, which prompted me to adjust the band in preparation for the next movement.     Don’t underestimate this workout just because it’s shorter and you’re using one band! I’m dripping buckets. Music was on point and this is good for a more advanced level since she gives no verbal instructions.
