Hello guys, the summer is soon!Bescause I decided to change my body!I did these exercises for three days, and tomorrow it will be 4. And I have to post my results here:
Day 1: It the hardest day since I have never done such exercises. No results
Day 2: The second Day it the same like Day 1, but, I have results – small outlines, pain in the muscles of the legs and abdomen
Day 3: The plank is SO HARD, I can’t stand for more than 15 seconds , but results is the same like second Day!

اليوم الثاني الي😭
Sou sedentária, não prático nenhuma atividade física e me alimento igual a um animal faminto, irei mudar meus hábitos alimentares, e adicionar uma rotina de exercícios que inclui esse vídeo e meia hora de caminhada na esteira (apenas uma caminhada simples e leve por enquanto)
1° DIA – fiz apenas uma rodada, foi difícil mas consegui fazer quase todos os exercícios com exceção de um, não precisei pausar o vídeo, mas sei que não consegui realizar os exercícios com perfeição, acredito que dentro de uma semana meu desempenho será melhor.

Day 1 – my back hurts a lot, well actually my whole body. Before I was able to do this easily now I AM STRUGGLING 😢 I stopped a lot 🤦♀️
Day 2 – A little bit better with spider plank but UP & DOWN PLANK killed me the most today. I stopped a little like 5 seconds each exercise 😂
Day 3 – I am doing okay, I am feeling the burn. Still had a few stops but shorter now.
Day 4 – I went for a run before doing this, I was too tired but still I did this. I had many stops on the spider plank part and I didn’t finish the last UP & DOWN. I feel bad but I don’t have the strength anymore 🤦♀️

I’m starting theese there super easy to do once you work out, I’ve been doing alot of nutrition that goes with my bodytype, I’m combining this with her 2 week shred video as well as Liky sabri 10 min lose belly fat and some resistance training I also do HIIT as that helps you lose BODY fat which is what you need to help you get abs anyways. For now im just hoping to lose belly fat for summer!

Tbh there is some days that I eat a lot but in general I eat less and eat a lot of protein and vegetables 🥗,, in the first 20 days there were no diff but I look at the two pic before those 25 days and after it was a small diff and my arms get slim and lose fat , I also wear corset ❤❤❤ u all keep going !! There is nothing to be scared of ~~~~

Day 1: I was burning. I did the modifications of some exercises cause they were too hard.
Day 2:
I’m going to do this! I am 14 yrs old and 148.6 Ibs, my goal is to reach 110 – 105 Ibs by the end of the summer!! I’ve also heard some great reviews from her channel so I thought why not give it a shot!!😽
