Okay, I would say that it’s my fault that I follow this exercise and for that I will never forgive myself. I did not do this exercise very hard because it’s my first time. Sadly, I dislocate my knees and it’s the most painful that I have ever experienced in my life. If I could turn back the time while I was just planning before doing this exercise, I would stop myself. Now I can’t go to my ROTC and PE class. FUCK THIS LIFE! (I’m crying while typing for y’all information)
