    agreed except the hormones in dairy made me fat and i didnt have much but gave it up and lost forty pounds, it was also causing inflammation pain in an old injury and stiffness getting up in the morning

    You must be doing something right you look super healthy. You are right. Avocado’s are meant to be super healthy. I was given a heap of Avocado’s and felt my health deteriorating. I was becoming Grumpy and was not feeling right. Last week I went to the toilet in the morning and midstream collapsed on the floor with total loss of consciousness.

    Well said.Slim is healthy because slim people aren’t overweight but any person with a healthy bmi and weight is healthy.Yes green tea can be a part of healthy diet and hence can be a part of healthy diet.Protein powder is needed for people who don’t consume.Sugar free corn flakes are fine for consumption as are seeds and homemade smoothies.Yes animal dairy is better than any other form of dairy.Brown rice is indeed healthier than white rice and yes please make your unflavored sugar free yoghurt at home

    It’s all due to decades of marketing. I’m a nurse turned marketer and I finally see how things work and why people think eating certain things is okay. I hate the message of moderation because these junk foods love that phrase. They love to tack on "part of a healthy diet" so they do not have to take on the responsibility for harmful health consequences that people experience in their life
