GREAT 20 minute exercise workout for Beginners and Seniors!!

This is a 20 minute workout led by Fitness Instructor, Jenny McClendon, MS, PT – great for beginners and seniors. It’s cardiovascular and similar to the old times of “jazzercise” and adding on type of routines. This video ends at 20 minutes, so also please the pop up video at the end to supplement the video. No equipment needed. Easy to follow! Enjoy your workout!

    I loved this class Jenny when it was an hour. I miss the stretching and chair work. Is there a longer class for older people that I could do instead?

    Thank you. This 70 year old has become overweight and out of shape in the past 2 1/2 years. Despite exercising all my life, once you quite…it’s so hard to get back into regularly. This workout was perfect. All basic exercises I have done in aerobic classes for over 50 years. Easy to kick it up a notch if you want. Will look into some of your other workouts too.

    Hi Jenny
    I’m coming to your 20-30 minute workouts late – it’s now 2022 and I suspect you recorded them in the early days of Covid. Just want to say that I hope you keep the workouts available via YouTube forever!! They’re so great. It’s hard for me to get to a gym, so even though Covid is not the same danger as it was, these videos are a real gift to those of us who need or prefer to stay home.

    3 separate interruptions from adverts. Very intrusive and annoying. Acceptable for adverts to be before starting but not during. Been doing this routine since March 2020 but now looking elsewhere for a workout..
