GYM-FIT INTERMEDIATE WORKSHEETS – WEEK 1
We have turned our attention back to some conditioning, and feature this week some exciting work cards from British Gymnastics and include exercises to keep you super strong and fighting fit during this period of lockdown.
This week, we will feature Beginner exercises on Monday, Intermediate exercises on Wednesday and Advanced exercises on Friday. There is a challenge at the end of each set of work cards, and a certificate for you to print off and keep as recognition of your hard work whilst training at home!
Mums and Dads can all get involved as well! Lets see who the fittest is in your house!
