    I think we need some greens. Sometimes probably lots of them. Parsley, dill, rucola, lettuce etc. Not only fruit and kind of sweet vegetables. Too much sweet. I and maybe you too also need some protein from sunflower and flax seeds, walnuts and some fats from avocados, olives, coconuts

    Imagine consuming a poison. Not hard: vegetable (seed) oils. I haven’t been sick in any way or had a stomach/head ache in three years since I eliminated vegetable oil and most sugar along with processed foods from my diet. I now intermittent fast every day and fast 3 – 5 days every month. I eat a high saturated fat/low carb diet. I only drink water with lemon. No more sleep apnea, allergies, mood swings or chronic joint pain.

    This video has so much pseudoscience. Please don’t watch it or believe anything in it. Human cells CANNOT transform into bacteria. Germ theory is fact. Breast cancer is not caused by acid (which we easily eliminate from our body and DO NOT store). Stop fat shaming people. Type I diabetes is NOT a worldwide epidemic, it is an inherited, genetic disease (Type II diabetes is the problem, which is linked to both lifestyle AND genetics). Health is important, but so are actual scientific facts about health and healthy living. Stop making up nonsense when there is actual, excellent scientific data out there about healthy living.

    it started quite well and then it went south really quick ! saying women have breasts and men have prostates is not exactly the standard qualification to becoming a scientist and that statement about "gases through your skin" is utter bullshit, it is pathogenic bacteria ON your skin that when fed your sweat convert it into the gases that smell nasty, there is no air coming out of skin, trust me XD and this whole thing is just contradictory in and of itself, you start off by saying the body is incredible by doing all these things and go on to state that you know better than the body how to handle stuff, I mean just eat a plant based diet and your body will thank you for it in the form of excellent health, it’s really that simple! I’m sick and tired of seeing all these people trying to make a buck off of confused folk by constantly inventing fad diets that just never work, nor could they ever work. And before you get to your blood, you absolutely go through your gut and your microbiom is your best friend or worst enemy depending on what you feed it and how you take care of it. Healthy bacteria thrives and lives in rather acid environment, that’s a fact and that’s how we make pickles too ! If it’s acidic and salty enough, the good bacteria will out-thrive the nasty ones and will thank us by making all kinds of vitamins and will train our immune system to be better at spotting bad bacteria and viruses and fungi and this entire "alkaline" fad is literally out to kill that best friend of yours. Please stop. Eat the hundreds of different plants out there and god knows how many delicious spices nuts and seeds and leafy greens that will give you ALL you need for excellent health, not just good health or lack of disease BUT real health! and please frawn at any crazy person who will try to convince you that a lemon or an orange is bad for you! or that a pickle in a salt brine is bad for you, I do not have the time of day for this kind of dangerous insanity! and I’m pretty sure if I could test each and every one of these people would have crazy amounts of inflammation in their bodies from all the crap they’re eating and trying to convice others to do too!
