HOSTING MY FIRST WELLNESS EVENT (feat. Kristee Vetter and The Skinny Confidential)

HELLO EVERYBODY!

I hosted my first wellness event as a way to inspire women to see that health and wellness is SO much more than diet and fitness. Instead of adding “workout, meal prep, quit drinking wine” to your already long to-do list, I want to motivate people to put energy into taking care of their bodies and minds (however that looks for them!) Starting a “healthy lifestyle” is all about becoming self aware, creating a positive mindset and treating yourself with respect.
