How I personally stay healthy at 50: Dr. Christi

How I personally stay healthy at 50: Dr. Christi

I break down what I do to stay healthy: plant-based diet number one, regular cardio and weight training, and plenty of sleep. The basics! Even at 50 you can be fit and healthy and feel wonderful!

I forgot to add that testosterone pellets have helped me personally to feel better and to lose weight. We offer these in my office and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve also been vegan 10 years.
    Best decision I’ve ever made!!
I am so concerned about my husband, who eats a good amount of dairy and meat. ( ice cream, whole milk, butter, red meat, etc.) In your experience, what is the best way to influence another person ?( being an ‘ example ‘ hasn’t helped )
It’s very frustrating. His weight and overall health are big concerns. Also, he’s a finicky eater. 😩

Wow! I was not expecting you to say you were following a vegan diet. That made me so happy! I don’t know anyone in my personal life, my age that is vegan. You made my day!! 🙂
