    btw if u don’t have money and time I bet you could spend that 15 minutes on a workout on YouTube instead of scrolling Instagram, tik tok, watching a movie. only 15 minutes a workout is absolutely good for you. when you manage to keep up the routine you are going to be way more organized with your time and you’ll see much of improvement in your general performance throughout the day. and if you are doing this to lose weight or sth else maybe focusing on particular body part in some cases you can really make it w/ shorter in time but concrete and consistent working out <and ofc improving your diet (80% diet 20% exercise/ 70/30)>

    hi I’d like to know where u take the pilates lessons! it looks very professional and I’ve always wanted to try pilates for a better posture!
    Also thanks for your constant clear delivery. I’ve grown under a mom who speaks as if emotions are always pushing herself. So sometimes (more like every time she speaks) she mispronounces a lot of words and can’t keep her words under control but still forces the other family members to understand what she’s trying to say. I SRSLY DO NOT WANT that speaking habit to affect me esp. when I’m trying to socialize with someone else. But ALL of your vids have helped me a lot in how to be chill, remain calm, unbothered, not dominated by emotions, and a jumble of thoughts yet perfectly and clearly deliver messages in a very organized way. Not to mention the messages are worth paying attention to and not toxic. Thanks for your channel. Keep up the good work!

    honestly, this really inspired me. whenever i workout, i always think "i hope i have this type of body and im not like this" and since i thought like that, i was very frustrated and it became tiring. but now that i watched this video, my thoughts have changed. now i just want to enjoy the process and think about, yknow the benifits of working out rather than how i should look when im done.
    i hope this made sense, im not the best with my words ^^’ thank you so much, youre very very inspiring!!!

    I also have scoliosis, and i practice sport a lot like i usually do some body workouts yoga gymnastics( but i am not good at it) i really wanted to add pilates to my routine cuz i am interested in it🙂

    i actually like excercising cause it makes me feel good but honestly its hard😭 but thats definitely what i am working on, i feel lazy to excercise cause its hard but you talking abt this makes me feel more will to really work on this, what i want!☺️

    That was great thankyou. I’ve been watching workouts for inspiration but only participating ~ 5% .. This lifestyle take on thing’s was super cool and the prepared food made my mouth water. Nice.. I keep forgetting everything while fasting, my brain just turns to FUZZ, this approach reminds me to eat & chill, slow down and exercise the mind by "at least" giving it the fuel it needs..

    when I started to look at my time from different perspective (for example – I have 10 080 minutes in one week then doing 10 minute workouts 5x per week is literally nothing) and I started to actually enjoy stuff like my fitness journey and eating healthy but balanced my mindset completely shifted I love this type of videos because it makes me feel so happy to see aligned people with great energy like you <3

    People say the “don’t have time” for working out, etc., but then spend an awful lot of time watching YouTube videos, scrolling on tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, etc. It’s all just excuses to justify their laziness and unhealthy habits. Same thing with the “I can’t afford to eat healthy” argument…meanwhile those people will eat huge portions, buy a bunch of junk at the store, and order takeout semi-regularly. Eating smaller/ healthy sized portions, not eating out all the time, and not buying a bunch of junk will save you money in the long run whether you’ll admit it to yourself or not.

    PSA for any young girls watching this video; there’s no doubt she lives a healthy and active lifestyle (which we should all aspire to), but seeing as her physique is very lean with low muscle volume, please do not expect to look like her even if you follow the exact same routine. the figure she’s been blessed with is mostly the result of genetic bone structure. if you naturally have a box body (like me), look into strength training to build muscle and give the illusion of an hourglass figure. only compare yourself to who you were yesterday, you got this!
