    There is NO scientific evidence that a healthy diet impacts ADHD…(see Dr Russell Barkley). A balanced diet is a good thing. However, people with ADHD have low impulse control and crave sugar, salt and fatty foods to get that dopamine fix. If you can keep your protein level high, this will help with cravings as protein will fill you up more.
