Actually to improve your health and longevity ? MOVE ! Don’t stop moving, especially when you retire. After retirement keep moving, keep walking/running/gardening/mowing/shopping/walking your dog, just do not sit in a chair for hours at a time. Keeping busy is great for body and mind.

if it was a fitness influencer saying exact same things I’d be ok with that, but from a Hospital I really would expect a spoken disclaimer warning that jumping rope and burpees may not be appropriate exercises for some people who visit your channel

But , whenever I do skipping or running etc , I can’t do it more than 10-20 sec , bcz then my heart starts to beat fast and breaths become heavy , what’ should I do ????

Nah … anything that puts you momentarily out of breath works. I walk and exercise but for me it’s the sit-stand test that gets my heart pumping.
Hi, I’m little bit obese, I’m doing it (burpee) for the first time and my stomach cramps especially going up from sitting down and wake up from bed. It has been 4 day already.. I did try doing burpee but it really pain on my stomach. Is it normal?
What’s an alternative to burpees? I physically can’t do them.
