Is walking okay when you have two leaky valves?

  4. Lucky Starship on January 30, 2023 at 6:12 am

Short and sweet. Thank you for being so succinct. I’m so bored of unnecessarily long videos.

120 seconds non stop burpee means you’re dead 💀💀

  8. Kat N on January 30, 2023 at 6:13 am

    Jumping Jacks will work, too.

  9. Wucong Ling on January 30, 2023 at 6:13 am

Useless video. Total waste of time watching. Not useful at all!

  10. Naresh Panjnani on January 30, 2023 at 6:14 am

Try Surya Namaskar instead of Burpees. A whole body exercise without putting too much pressure. A simpler version is the chair Surya Namaskar for senior citizens.

Try massage. I’m here to help.

To put one of the least demanding exercises – walking, together with one of the most demanding – burpees. FFS, guys, I thought you’re doctors

  14. Achy bathi on January 30, 2023 at 6:17 am

    Good message

  15. Cold Lava on January 30, 2023 at 6:17 am

    Hilarious

  16. Snakejumper on January 30, 2023 at 6:18 am

This would be easier to listen to without the robot voice. I’d rather a human talk to me about improved heart health.

  17. Geoff McDonald on January 30, 2023 at 6:18 am

Yeah?? what if you’re reasonably fit, but old?

  18. tommy k on January 30, 2023 at 6:19 am

I’m 69 years old. I will not be doing any “burpees” (squat thrusts,as we called them).

  19. Angela Casale on January 30, 2023 at 6:20 am

Well over 50.its not easy to do burpees

  20. Ram Malla on January 30, 2023 at 6:23 am

  21. Raj Sakaria on January 30, 2023 at 6:25 am

Good way to destroy your knees. I’ve been doing 200 daily for 20-months tabata style. Knee can’t keep up

  22. Jim Mason on January 30, 2023 at 6:25 am

The robotic voice is off-putting and insincere.

  23. tony mememe on January 30, 2023 at 6:27 am

Actually to improve your health and longevity ? MOVE ! Don’t stop moving, especially when you retire. After retirement keep moving, keep walking/running/gardening/mowing/shopping/walking your dog, just do not sit in a chair for hours at a time. Keeping busy is great for body and mind.

Kindly advise, my age is 64 and don’t have any heart problems, daily in the morning I walk and jogging, may I continue this or only walk??

  28. bem++Thum on January 30, 2023 at 6:29 am

What’s the use of having healthy heart ❤️ when even healthy heart ❤️ can get stroke and heart attack… It’s useless … But what to do… It’s all about luck 🤞 if u r unlucky… RIP doing daily exercise being healthy doesn’t mean you are free from any heart disease…

  29. George Carlyle on January 30, 2023 at 6:32 am

    Why a robot voice?

  30. Dean Burnouf on January 30, 2023 at 6:34 am

great can we just have a normal sounding person narrating !! or even a human.

  31. Alvan Karpas on January 30, 2023 at 6:36 am

Wow, how personal is your facility? Bad robotic voice with sterile advice dispensed without qualification or personalization. Shades of Idiocracy and going to Carl’s Jr. drive up for medical advice. The future is now, and the dystopian movies were right…

  32. maciej guzek on January 30, 2023 at 6:37 am

if it was a fitness influencer saying exact same things I’d be ok with that, but from a Hospital I really would expect a spoken disclaimer warning that jumping rope and burpees may not be appropriate exercises for some people who visit your channel

  33. Rohit Singh on January 30, 2023 at 6:38 am

    Thank you❤

  37. JeffRL1956 on January 30, 2023 at 6:42 am

  43. BEATSOFBTS on January 30, 2023 at 6:50 am

But , whenever I do skipping or running etc , I can’t do it more than 10-20 sec , bcz then my heart starts to beat fast and breaths become heavy , what’ should I do ????

  44. Raja on January 30, 2023 at 6:50 am

Gad, couldn’t you find a HUMAN BEING to narrate this video??? The lack of a genuine human voice really makes the video lifeless and mechanical.
My only other comment is that the Yoga practice of the Sun Salutation is ancient and more elegant than burpees. Who invented that name anyhow? Do they make you burp too? 😂

  45. Gary Dergut on January 30, 2023 at 6:56 am

After aortic valve replacement I now walk 5 miles a day.

  46. Kim Young on January 30, 2023 at 6:58 am

    Thank you so much 💗

  47. HansDelbruck53 on January 30, 2023 at 6:58 am

Okay, I’ll do it every day, but not every Damn day.

  48. Scott Summerill on January 30, 2023 at 6:59 am

Nah … anything that puts you momentarily out of breath works. I walk and exercise but for me it’s the sit-stand test that gets my heart pumping.

  49. axenz axtiz on January 30, 2023 at 7:01 am

Hi, I’m little bit obese, I’m doing it (burpee) for the first time and my stomach cramps especially going up from sitting down and wake up from bed. It has been 4 day already.. I did try doing burpee but it really pain on my stomach. Is it normal?

  50. Uncritical Thinker on January 30, 2023 at 7:02 am

What’s an alternative to burpees? I physically can’t do them.
