  19. Nicc _ on February 9, 2022 at 10:42 pm

So after a while of doing this workout and eventually moving out of the super noob phase, what should you do? Do you do different/more exercises, continue lifting heavier and heavier weights, or a mixture of the two?

  22. Roberts on February 9, 2022 at 10:47 pm

Great stuff, some good tips here, still havn’t figured out a good program for my training, started with the gym yesterday, tried just about every machine and spent about 3 hours there. A tip to those who feel uncomfortable around other people, try saying hello, talking, asking for tips, making gym friends is great, makes workouts more fun too. Everyone is uncomfortable the first few days or being anxious of looking dumb, other people are just in the same position as you and probably feel just as uncomfortable.

About protein shakes supplies i think its very important to like remind people that people who doesnt look to become more like a bodybuilder or a huge tank they should not buy these things. I’ve seen like one friend of mine had some fat hanging and as soon he started training he just bought bucket of protein, thinking this will boost his mucles and not that its just for when you train so hard normal food cant give you enough protein, calories etc.

Andrew Arvelo (HW) THINGS I LEARNED:

1- The first thing that I learned is that the incline treadmill is equally if not more so effective than jogging on it. This shocked me but is honestly completely understandable, when walking and taking your time, you are always making sure you lift your foot up, and you are more controlled, and more parts of your body are being used.

2- The second thing I did not know is when doing tricep ropes, you can have multiple different positions to choose from, I always thought the frontward way he shows, in the beginning, was the only way.

3- The last thing that I learned is that it is important to do specific parts of your body throughout different days of the week, there should always be leg day, chest day, and back day. Overall it is the best way to make sure you get the best of each workout for whatever it is you may be working on.

Hi, thank you for this full workout program.
I never received the one from your webpage and I have been doing this one for almost 3 weeks (I am a complete new born in going to the gym).
One question: Can I replace deadlifts with hip thrusts?
