I hopped onto the TikTok trend and bought a weighted hula hoop! In this video I am trying the exercise device for 30 days to see if I can lose weight and tone my abs.

    IMHO this hoop isn’t a crock. I have used it every day for 4 months, an hour a day. I’m in the process of putting together a video covering this. I have dropped two dress sizes and 7.5kg. I am 44 with lordosis (arched spine). IT.DOES.WORK. Practice makes perfect.

    when I first tried it I absolutely hated it, I could not make it spin ..I took off a few links and made it tighter around my waist and now it’s super easy to make spin..so easy that I have to throw my entire body into it to make it feel like Im getting a real work out cus it takes very little hip movement to actually keep it spinning. I never learned how to hula hoop and couldnt keep one spinning if my life depended on it so if I can make this thing spin, anyone can

    I just got my hula hoop in the mail yesterday and was eager to try. At first, I couldn’t keep the ball spinning. I was about ready to give up too and send it back, but then I watched a couple of how-to videos and kept practicing. All of a sudden, I was hula hooping and sweating. I can’t keep the ball up for longer than a minute, but as I keep practicing, I’m sure I will get better. I felt it in my abs, obliques and legs and lower back. Just keep trying!

    There’s nothing wrong with your stomach. The stomach you have is the one that I would like to have. And you seem to have no problem with the belt the day you got it where as mine doesn’t seem to like me, goes around once. My big hips can wiggle fine on the dance floor but don’t want to wiggle the belt.

    Needs to be low on your hip across your butt to get your hip movement to keep the weight going. Took me two tries to figure that out but now it goes well.

    I was so disapointed that I couldn’t do it, but then I tried to move the hoop down to my hips and now i can keep going until my muscles are on fire😅 on my waist i lost momentum so fast but my hips works👌🏼

    Maybe try getting some rhythm and moving a bit faster and with STEADY movements and you’ll be fine. "the ball keeps slowing then coming to a complete stop!!" 😂 Totally am OPERATOR issue and not the hula hoop!!

    I would’ve stayed home to do it instead of going down to the gym where you wore a mask, being able to breathe properly during exercise is very important. Or at least go outside to do it so you can unmask and also get vitamin D 👍🏻👍🏻

    Girl not sure what is so hard lol I got this thing as well and it was super easy to use and to keep the momentum! I did 30 minutes the first time around, so not sure how you can only manage 5 minutes a day 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Tu ne place place pas le cerceau où il faut il doit êtres au dessus des hanches . Il ne doit pas êtres sur la taille .
    C’est pour cette raison qu’il ne tourne pas.
    Et le mouvements est un basculement de droite à gauche
    Et non tourner le bassin.

    It took literally 20minutes to learn
    I can do it now for an half an hour easy going in five minute lots
    Doing squats at the same time
    And this is three days in
    It’s great..

    I didn’t like for the 1st day. However I turned on some music the next day and it was great. I actually lost 3 inches. You have to find you rhythm and just get to swaying.
