    Hmmm no physical therapist has ever told me why the muscles In my back are In spasms all the time, I mean it unbelievably painful, but also I dont understand why the muscles are acting like this. I never heard a sound explanation 🤔 anyways thanks I’m looking into this type of stuff slowly
