    If you want to lose 10 pounds just go on water diet and eat rice with lentil soup and veggies πŸ₯— cooked little but drink water mostly you will end up watery poop and will feel damn weak but I lost 10Pound using that i was 190 pound and lost 10= 180 and u gained 4 pounds eating sleeping πŸ˜‚ after the diet

    One my friends hates aspartame and judges others who consume it, when I asked her why, she gave a completely inaccurate point with no evidence backed up. I think she feels that she is right because overall she is more healthier then me, but she is also the type to not believe in Covid 19.. LOL.

    It will make you lose weight, no food or drink makes you gain or lose weight you will lose or gain if you are in a calorie surplus or a deficit but Diet Coke is really unhealthy

    This stuff is addictive and dangerous. Aligning yourself to the recommendation of organisational bodies that are sponsored and aligned by these money making conglomerates is just silly. Coke in itself is very addictive and that should be a warning sign and to question what kinda crap are they adding into this to make you addicted.     I’m a hardcore soft-drink addict. I was given it in a bottle, as a baby.

    I lift weights, and run regularly, so I have kept the gut to a moderate level. I have lost all of my teeth to it.

    In the past, I have enjoyed Coke Zero. I am thinking of switching to it. I had read it was worse than regular coke, hence my finding this video.

    I completed 35 years in 22, am a blue belt jiu jitsu student and have made 5 full marathons. Then I started drinking coke without sugar 4 years ago when I got married, bc wife have diabetes since childhood and I can tell you, this stuff ruined my results, pushed me into a unhealthy way, eating McDonald’s and other junk food that never really was part of my life, and it was terrible to stop, I felt addicted. I’m not saying is not safe, just my personal experience, but "totally fine" is far from the description I would give.

    I have been drinking sugar free cherry coke for a week no joke I gained 5 pounds and my belly is distended. Not sure these chemicals are healthy. Trump is an exception to this all. He’s apparently immortal.

    Sugar is also deemed safe, how about that? Down the road, large amounts of sugar eventually lead to inflammation, and in some cases diabetes or obesity. You know it’s been proven about aspartame, sucralose and other artificial sugars? Down the road they lead to inflammation and obesity. So your really choosing the same thing, except one is natural, and the other has obvious minor correlation to cancer related cases. Use your brains people.

    I don’t think anyone thinks it’s actually β€œhealthy” but coke zero is a better alternative than regular soda. I’ve lost 60 pounds over the last 8 months with diet and exercise and drink Coke Zero regularly πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ it’s my only β€œguilty pleasure”
