What are these balls of feet?
I went clicked on banner to get full knee exercise video. Filled in name and email. 3rd box was letters. Box would not clear for me to enter letters. I tried different things and nothing worked. I would like to have full video. I love what I have seen on videos so far. If something free won’t open it makes me a little worried about joining.

My knees are the only part of me which feel as old as I am. I think it’s due to overstretching my cranial cruciate ligaments (outer sides of the knees) from sitting crosslegged with wrong posture too much before. Any ideas? Thanks!

I can’t do what you do (little old lady) but your videos are so well-explained that it’s easy to figure out a way to get the effect. Sometimes even from a sitting position! Thank you! I have yet to come up with a joint injury or issue that isn’t quickly resolved by 3 things – castor oil on the joint, rebounding for 2 minutes to get me rock solid on my bad feet (which always amazes me) followed by my old-lady version of whatever exercise you’ve taught for the issue. THANK you!

I have snapping and pain when crouching in Bjj…what can I do other than hip swings? Inside clicking snapping …pain at night

That’s all great and good but what if you have arthritic issues because if injuries and can’t get any decent medical care and can’t do these exercises because it’s too painful in the joint

thanks for sharing, at new job, was pushing myself using good technique, my knee started to hurt, i believe from overstressing it, ha, getting old, it was stiff, sore and range of motion not good, I iced it, and took a few days off, it did feel alot better, but never 100%. i kept working and wore a knee support, the knee circles in your video helped relieve tension!! other than that I strectch more, i havent consitently tried the other excercises on video but I will.
