[Level 2] 20 Minute Fat Burning Workout

Important note: Warming up before training is important. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of any of this routine with slow and easy effort before I officially start pushing myself harder in the first round onwards. After each round. Pause the video take 1 minutes rest, take 2 minute if necessary or you can go without taking any break if you find this workout routine is too easy.

Great workout, but I couldn’t get through it all in one sitting. I don’t have the endurance. Half today and half tomorrow.

Done but i feel that this is not lvl 2.. anyone feel the same???
Im only 12 (not english so there wont commas and stuff like that) this is my first time training at level 2 and i dont feel it was that hard I started at level 1 I train once per second day after 3 times of this training ( so 6 days) of level one I was able to achieve level 1,5 then after 4 times i got at level 2 until now I have lost 0,60kg my weight is 50,2
After corona, this workout is more than a challenge.
Before corona i used to do only "high intensity" workouts. But we’ll get there again 😁
After one week of trying finally managed to complete this set after weight lifting phewww

I found a couple of your labels confusing in the video, like split lunge for lunge jumps, dive in/dive bombers, lateral shuffle/slow skate mills, side lunge/side squats, and the in and outs. Thank you!

Great workouts, the sweats just come naturally! Love them all. I’m going from level 1 to 1.5 to 2 in a couple of months. Feels good!
