Thank you this was good. I was doing david goggins workouts for a while during quarantine I did them so many times I memorized it in my head and I got bored. Since his workouts are 45mins – 1h long and they are really brutal I thought I’ll never find a replacement with similiar intensity but I found this and Im happy.
A great workout! After a two-week halt due to a virus, I am slowly back to normal. I hope that soon I will be ready for the Level 4+ workouts <3 This one is a killer workout! I hope I will stay strong to the very end 🙂
