    I did this diet back in 2013-2014 over 6 months and I lost between 25-30lbs. I plan on doing it again very soon I am anticipating an engagement obviously resulting in a wedding next May 2021

    Interesting – Right I’m 48 and battling my waistline I don’t drink any alcohol and I’ve cut my sugar in the last week but treated myself to a box of those Teacakes (Tunnocks) yesterday.
    I’m a lot like you I don’t weigh myself even though I have a new set of scales (bought for me) I think it’s more about how you feel – Right I’m getting Special K from Iceland on the way back from going to Hockley (Plumberow Mount and then driving to Rayleigh Mount these are steep hill walks I do daily which I will start vlogging)
    I see this is a 2017 Vlog upload so any tips you’ve learned since then I’ll be grateful Cheers ! 🙂 Gawd bless ya

    What a boring diet. Thanks, but I’ll just stick to my intermittent fasting routine and enjoy whatever I eat provided I don’t go overboard with my junk food habit.

    I thought about doing this a few years ago. I bought a bunch of special k products. And I only lasted a few days. My boyfriend told me his ex girlfriend did this diet plan for two weeks and she lost about 10 pounds. So I am kinda hoping for the same results. So I plan to maybe try this again this week.
