In this 30 minute cardio workout, I (Daniel) take you through a number of interval drills to raise your heart rate, burn calories and release those feel good hormones.

This low impact cardio workout includes a warm up and a cool down before and after the exercise routine, we advise you follow both for safety and best practise.
This beginner routine is in our cardio range – we also provide Personal Training (resistance), Pilates and Yoga workouts.

Working on me so need a cardio workout to add so can wait to try, I do cardio but do feel I do enough because still out of breath when going up stairs and my goal is t not, along with other things I want to do moving forward

just finished this video workout and I gotta say I love it and what you are about. how you go about things seems easy with you. I’ve had and have many medical issues and this does stain me too much but stains me just enough. I have normal weight but I wasnt phisically active at all for 3 years and this workout was so hard for me hahahahaha wish me luck to get back on the track and get in the better shape

i exercised this for the first time, i lasted for 10 minutes
edit. after i readed one of the coments i decited to dont stop AND I DID IF FULLY! remember guys first couple minutes are the hardest
