Thank You for these fitness workout! It is just right for me. I’ve never exercised and i’m 65 now. I’m not big nor fat: i’m 153lbs at 5’7". But the excess fat is around the belt. My fiancée has been working out regularly for a long time, many years. She encouraged me being serious about fitness.

I did this work out consistently for a few months during lockdown and now I’m coming back after a very bad depression that had me bed ridden for weeks/months. me AGAIN! At one point I was hating the workout but then LOVED IT!! Especially Daniel’s boxing at the end! YEAH!!
I love this channel, the workouts and the instructors are fabulous. I did however find it impossible to keep up in the middle section, the instructor kept changing the exercises every 10 or 15 seconds. I am not the most coordinatored of people, massive understatement! so I went freestyle in this section !!!!

I love doing workouts with Daniel . I decided I wanted to give this video a try. The first bronze part was pretty easy. I like the way you can keep up with what he is doing. They then switched to Alex. I love doing cardio but her movements seem so mixed up sometimes. She switches to something so out of the blue. The lady in back even looked confused sometimes. Maybe it’s just me but he seems more planned out with his moves. At least I tried it. I will just stick to his workouts from now on.

it was a long one but I got it in this morning! thank you.
The silver medal section seems out of sync with the rest of the workout. She was randomly shifting sides and exercises giving me no time to catch up. The routine should have more structure which was lacking in the second part. Daniel is spot on with laying out the exercises but I did not enjoy what the lady did with her part.
Don’t like this workout. Alex is all over the place. She dosen’t even do a count of 5 repeats…only does 3 and god knows what comes next!!! It’s as if she is making the exercises as she goes!!
Even though my body feels the pain, the whole experience still makes me smile. Thank you. ☺️

I love the workouts and am considering springing for a year membership at some point soon, but in the site workouts, does Alex still direct lots of digs and criticism at Daniel when they’re together? I find it super distracting and it makes me tend to avoid certain videos (like this one).

I clicked on this video on accident, I did NOT intend to do a 40 minute workout today, but I decided to stick with it. Because the worse that could happen is I tire myself out, and increase my indurance and strength in the process. So don’t get intimidated by length, just do the best you can do in every moment, even if your best in barely moving your arms and about to fall on the floor haha (I say this from expirience). I’m basically writing this as both a note to myself and others who get timid like me 🙂
I am terrified everytime I see Alex 🙈. I know it’s either going to be either some standing abs or a hard cardio. I barely kept up with her but I did it and succeeded. Thanks so much guys for everything you do. Your making a difference in my life and I know for others too . Till the next workout 💪

I first started watching Body Project at my heaviest, 232 lbs. I was post birth of my third child, no previous history of working out consistently. I like the all standing workouts, theyre easier to manage. I used to limit mysdelf to 20/30 minute videos and pause constantly. Today with 75 pounds lost, i complete the 45/60 minute videos with added weights (20 pounds for squats) and i dont pause. Thank you Team Body Project for the constant motivation and good spirit videos, you’ve helped me begin my journey with somewhat ease!
