Fantastic. My 20 lb male tabby does the "cat stretch" after every nap. After this workout, I looked him in the eye and said "now I get it."

This may help for some types of lower back pain, but fo sciatica? Better do a search on McKenzie method. The movement you should try in case of sciatica is the opposite to this

There are many factors in treating back pain naturally. One resource I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Barneys Back Aid (google it if you’re interested) it’s the most helpful resource i’ve seen. look at the awesome info .
I get sciatic pain from the piriformis muscle once in a while, and this is my favourite stretching video to help relieve it! Super effective, and very helpful! When I do this combined with strength training of the glutes, I have no problems with my sciatic pain ๐
