    This is glorious, been searching for "lower back exercises sciatica" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Venayden Wanillian Method – (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got great results with it.

    This may help for some types of lower back pain, but fo sciatica? Better do a search on McKenzie method. The movement you should try in case of sciatica is the opposite to this

    Specifically for people who already suffer from some kind of injury, stretching more can either radically improve or irritate their pain.

    Sciatica pain is INTENSE and it used to piss me off…doctors are no help and give crap "advice" while you pay for more meds…

    Love this back ache guideline! Out from curiosity, I attempted this program and found that it worked on healing my lower back pain.     I get sciatic pain from the piriformis muscle once in a while, and this is my favourite stretching video to help relieve it! Super effective, and very helpful! When I do this combined with strength training of the glutes, I have no problems with my sciatic pain ๐Ÿ‘
