To anyone whom it may concern: Has anyone saw results after, let’s say, a week or months maybe less than a week? I am aware that the work-out routine may differ from person to person, but has anyone tried this everyday? I am thinking of trying on consecutive days or every other day.

Hey guys! I feel like I keep asking this question but I hurt my lowerback about 2-3 weeks or so. It was ok at first, then it got really stiff & painful, and now I feel a whole lot better and have more range of motion but still some discomfort. I got my doctors approval to start stretches and to start physical therapy to strengthen my lowerback to prevent further injuries. I don’t have time or money to do PT. Would you guys reccomend this workout for my lowerback? Also, I really want to buy a program. Which do you recommend to start off with? I stopped my workout routine when I hurt my back (2-3 weeks ago) I was looking at FB low impact, FB bodyweight, fb abs. I read that FB abs incorporates strength though and I’m not sure if thats a good place to start. I really want to start kinda "fresh" & build a good solid foundation to prevent further injuries and to create good exercise habits. Can you guys help?
I appreciate this because a lot of times when I do upper body work outs I feel I really work my upper back. When I do squats and other lower body workouts I know my lower back gets a little something but not enough. I’ll be doing at lest a variation of these exercises regularly.
how do you do this sitting on a chair? i’m at the office all day and i don’t have a place to lie down, people will think i’m nuts

I can really feel my back mostly on Level 1. The last phase for Level 1 was the best!
I get through the first two blocks just fine, but the third one is a real challenge. I can really feel the muscles along my spine working. Thanks for the workout!

Ok at 7:32 i get the added weight, but why hold it on your chest and then hold it, why not put it on your upper back (trapezius area) ? I usually put a barbell plate on my back :D. Otherwise, nicely made…congrats :).

I always struggle with lower back workouts, so this one was a challenge for me to keep it up, but it worked out well for me 🙂

thanks a lot. for one year and a half and i am suffering from my lower back pain and it developed to sciatica, but when i have done this exercise regularly the pain relieve and i can say i am cured. thanks i appreciate your useful advices.

Hi, have you heard of MUSCLEader" (have a look on Google)? On their website you can watch a nice free video featuring the best way to pack on notable muscle mass fast whilst dropping fat as well. Chris or many other guys like him enjoyed good results using this methodology. It may help you out as well…
I thought forward flexion and rotation are an absolute NO because the spine is compromised. True?

I have a question and would appreciate your advise, although I got a free hernia lower back, I still have continuos lower back pain. I would love to go back into my full fitness but the pain is holding me back, thanks in advance for your reply .
