Great meal prep and ideas but I won’t ever be able to tolerate bland food. I have tried to multiple times but if I don’t eat spicy delicious food I get depressed. You guys are so lucky you can survive in such small portions and no spices.

Helpful and edited well. About the boiled eggs, I have been doing this for a while but I think they need to be room temp. One time I forgot and placed them cold from the fridge in boiling water and they all cracked.

You should mention, that the olive oil used for cooking or baking should be refined since virgine olive oil is not suitable for cooking. Its smoke point is too low.
