Rice? I have hypoglycemia and rice is a major "no no". If I eat rice my blood sugar drops like a rock. I am hungry almost immediately and I gain weight.
For me the fatigue began with sleep deprivation and eating large amounts of sugar.

I stopped eating red meat, it’s been 5 years. All I have been eating was lots of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes chicken and eggs.
So I will try eating red lean meat and vegetables only. Hope it works, if not I won’t blame you because I got fatigue from the chemotherapy I received.
I also eat 4hrs fast 20 hrs for the last year so maybe I should start eating more. I’ll give it a try.
    Thanks for your input.

Wooooooooooooo nope! Compared to functional Drs and nutritionists will tell you differently. Some of what she says makes sense but some of it is way off. Glad it worked for her but,,,,,,

And what about insulin resistance like constantly elevated sugar in your blood! Like insulin resistance even if you don’t consume sugar itself

I am getting so confused, I know I have adrenal fatigue. Problem with liver, fibromyalgia Chronic fatigue, so on. I had just discovered Dr Berg and was being to try the intermittent fasting. I am veggie so difficult with protein stuff. Now I don’t know what to do because I had been skipping breakfast and I did feel angry. I wasn’t eating till mid day and aiming for one meal a day. Now I am thinking is this damaging my body worse. I am so confused. Please can people let me know what they think.

  12. bravefitchick on August 25, 2021 at 10:56 pm

Herbs and many spices can be very healthy. It makes your meals much less bland and they don’t raise your blood sugar.

  13. Matt W on August 25, 2021 at 10:56 pm

What she describes sounds more low brain blood pressure not hypoglycaemia. In other words she suffered from dysautonomia not adrenal fatigue. The most common cause of dysautonomia is cumulative brain injury and SIBO. The treatment is fish oil and treatment of the SIBO with Rifaximin

  14. I AM on August 25, 2021 at 10:58 pm

A few good points like the obvious avoid processed and eating out but if you have any auto immune condition at all, most of this advice is incorrect. If you do, do NOT eat all day! Do some sort of IF even if only 18:6. Also, stay away from brown rice, possibly oats etc. Also coconut products like coconut aminos are excellent for AIP. This is not the vid for AI people.

  15. Devin Peirce on August 25, 2021 at 11:01 pm

You were not producing cortisol ? Isn’t that very dangerous ? I’m surprised your endocrinologist didn’t put you on cortisone shots

  16. Trish Sampath on August 25, 2021 at 11:02 pm

How long do you have to do this?

  17. Falicia on August 25, 2021 at 11:03 pm

What are good breakfest foods. Is fruit allowed at all or. I find breakfest hard to find foods that are safe and okay for the adrenals

  18. fryerobert093 on August 25, 2021 at 11:05 pm

Eating healthy fats do not cause adrenal fatige

  19. Sa Sha on August 25, 2021 at 11:05 pm

How do you manage adrenal fatigue alongside insulin resistance and eating so frequently?

  20. Miguel mejia on August 25, 2021 at 11:06 pm

oils are your organs best friend. drink coconut oil, avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil. it cleans your organs. they are made of fat. also, never eat at night.

  21. aWoman Freed on August 25, 2021 at 11:07 pm

Medical doctors are a huge jerk off, and acidity is NOT the problem….if our stomach isn’t very acidic we cannot digest protein and get leaky gut. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about with this.

  22. Sa Sha on August 25, 2021 at 11:07 pm

How long did you follow this diet before you fully healed?

I’ll try it, one year with Adrenal fatigue, depression, no energy, anxiety, suicidal thoughts. I did a blood, urine and salive test and i get low cortisol and very low ephinephrine, i’m about to give up everything.

  29. Product reviewer uk on August 25, 2021 at 11:16 pm

Theres no actual scientific evidence adrenal stress or fatigue is real

  34. Benjamin Cooley on August 25, 2021 at 11:20 pm

I went through a intense panic attack the other day and blew through my corozol. It’s taken days just to get me back to where I can actually move comfortably in my body again. Interestingly, there is an incredible sensitivity in my body now, and everything you are saying resonates. The only thing my body wanted and could take ( because of a newfound sensitive stomach) were hot liquids and particularly broth/ pho. My head was racing in thoughts, cloudy, swimming, etc. and I was able to mitigate that with cold wet cloths. It turns out, the stomach needs to be hot, the chest warm, and the head cool. immediately after cooling my head the thoughts have been subsiding. Keeping my belly warm with broth and bone broths and pho has been regulating blood sugar as well as keeping things warm down there, which really helps with anxiety. Taking Luke-warm baths with epsom salt, canning salt, and baking soda helps to ground and pulls out any gunk from the body. Keeping socks on keeps the feet warm, and oddly, being out in the grass or in nature during cool times of the day really helps. Antihystemines were prescribed by my doctors to help alleviate the nervous systems speed and intensity, but so far I haven’t needed them so long as I keep the head cool the chest warm and stomach hot. Opening up the facia all around the body, particularly through stretching has been helpful to unstick any circulation ( especially from the spine) and massaging the body and particularly the vegus nerve ( through the ear and by turning the head side to side very gently) has been helpful.

Thanks for the videos. It’s so good to know I’m not alone.

  35. 3rddegree06 on August 25, 2021 at 11:20 pm

This video is Pretty Good but also Bad in some ways. She’s a Sweet-Heart but eating small meals over works your adrenals and then she goes to from talking about micro-meals to intermediate fast which is the opposite of mono meals so that advice is conflicting. Intermediate Fasting works best for me and there’s a lot of benefits to it but the foods that she restricts are good. No FastFood,Fried Food,Prosessed Food and Sugar and she cut out oil for her diet and she liked how she felt after that but for me brags olive-oil is good if I drink it un-cooked.

Do you think you could maybe make a video on some of the bowls you ate and some recipes and meal plans? This has been the hardest for me. Thanks!

Only people with adrenal fatigue will understand the importance of her advice to eat regularly.. .. Very important

  40. Angela C on August 25, 2021 at 11:27 pm

I’m researching a bunch of stuff for my son because doctors near me are negligent & I have realized I’m alone in this & determined to figure out how to help him. First video ive ever seen of yours (funny you mentioned Berg because your video autoplayed after I watched his thiamine deficiency video). & anyway, just wanted to say thank you because for me, youre superrr freaking easy to listen to. it’s usually difficult to concentrate on these types of videos, i have to reallyyy consciously force myself to take them in without my mind wandering. But this autoplayed & it felt like a mere few minutes had passed when suddenly, my kitchen was all cleaned & I realized I’d done that while simultaneously hearing & actually absorbing the entire thing lol that’s RARE ASF. Went to your video lisf after & the first one I saw was definitely placed in front of me for a reason as I was just thinking…damn i wonder what is happening to me from never sleeping (not cuz it’s fun or insomnia, it’s just that when my son is sleeping isiterally my ONLY free time to catch up on my work as it’s just the two of us) So i was debating if i could go another night without sleeping much to finish what I’m working on, but realized that’s probably dangerous & i need someone to slap me & tell me.no. so yeah, thank you for that much needed video too. you rock. Subscribed.

"normally I eat like half a dozen to a dozen bananas a day". LOL you have to be kidding me.. full of @#$%

  44. Beach Luver on August 25, 2021 at 11:28 pm

Staying away from fats was disastrous for me also as someone else commented. On the contrary butter, olive oil, mct oil was very healing for me. Adaptagens also helped big time. I’ve had probs with low blood sugar for many years has almost gone away with IF and veges and protein.

This is not sustainable long term. Too much work! And it sounds like you are constantly thinking about food!
Intermittent fasting is the best way to heal. It’s about giving your digestion, liver and other organs a break from the hard work it already has.

  49. Freedom on August 25, 2021 at 11:38 pm

Cut the shit with get a doctor.
I did they don’t help with nothing.
    I don’t trust doctors.
All I need to know is what you did to fight fatigue, that’s all. Then I will try it. If it works, great. If not then i will try what someone else did.

  50. Jess on August 25, 2021 at 11:39 pm
