This video is just what I needed to kickstart my fitness journey! Mentally I have been having a battle with myself on finding the motivation to get up and move a little and making small changes to my eating to sustain it for life!!!

Thank you for the inspirational video! When I was post partum fitness was the only vice That helped me shape up both physically and mentally That helped me shape up both physically and mentally. The video is inspiring and I am sure you’re helping many women out there.
I feel motivated but there’s nothing I can do on a budget that would work, I can’t go to the gym because I am a child and no one would take me to one neither will they spend money on one for me, I want to be fit and I don’t care about the beauty standard, I wanna feel good, I wanna wear a wide range of clothes, i tried work outs but nothing changes besides my weight, I want to look good but I’m not sure how right now, I don’t even have weight lifts at home, no treadmills, I can’t choose what I eat so I only have option which is to eat less, and if I’m full I get pressured into eating more since I didn’t want the cook to feel bad or think that I don’t like the food, which is how I gained weight in the first place
Thank you for being real and honest. You’re right, fitness is a journey. That you have your ups and downs but the key is consistency. Something that I heard recently and that even though you don’t feel like working out just show up. I felt like that a lot having to go to work but once I was there I pushed through my slump. You look like you didn’t need to lose 30 40 lb but you look great. My journey or goal is to lose weight but to also get back into working out consistently and eating more healthier. BTW I’m in my sixties. Excellent points! May I add be kind to yourself and no matter what never give up.

Yes, I’ve been doin keto/carnivore past 6 years, always failing… always ended up binging! Now I’m 37 and the fattest I’ve ever been…..
I recently added non inflammatory carbs back in! Carb cravings gone! Guess I’m not a carb addict!
