My fitness pal is an app that tracks calories to make weight loss easy to achieve and understand. You need to have lower calories in and more calories out to lose weight its that simple. With my fitness pal you can see how much food in calories you are eating in a day and slowly change your diet.     Also They Might Not Be Updating Their Weight On The App, If You Drop Weight Then You’re Going To Have To Change Caloric Intake As Well.

    I am 5’ 1 and 139 lbs currently eating 1340 cal day per mfp, work out 4-5 days a week mainly weight training but also in summer cycling and winter zumba my weight does not really seem to be moving as quickly as I thought. I am very strict with my diet and calories. Any advice would be great

    Would you have a recommendation for someone trying to get lean from my starting point .

    I’m thinking 12 stone .

    I’m 14 stone. I’m 5’7, big boned and the Daily allowance I’m allowed is 2300 calories. Is this correct? I have already lost two stone
