My 2 cents: I take a hot sauna then get in my inversion table and hang at 45 degree angle for about 15 minutes – the blood flows thru heat induced dilated blood vessels, greatly enhances blood brain circulation! This is not medical advice, just what works for me!

Good job with this video. I think often times we tend to forget, that our brain in the head is just a small part of our whole body. Mind=body ๐Ÿ˜€

There are a lot of things that are more specific than this video explains. Dancing and juggling are really good for the brain and connecting mind and body. Kinda surprised at this video – I was expecting something more scientific. Sure exercises can help, but specific kinds of exercise are more helpful, and she didn’t even touch that. I expected much better from a neuroscientist.

Any thoughts on excercise after brain resection surgery? I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks and this recovery time is killing me. I want to excercise again.

Combine moderate daily cardio with intermittent fasting 16:8 or 18:6 (16-18 hours on & 8-6 hours off), plus organic acv lemon water in the morn & organic green tea (up to 6 cups a day).

During the non-fasting hours, drink high quality organic bone broth and organic protein shakes, along with eating steamed veggies, and upping vitamin intakes.

Drink electrolytes in distilled water, and do a regular weekly colon cleanse detoxโ€”for healing the gut, liver, & other organs.

This is truly the TOTAL OPTIMIZATION PACKAGE! ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿš€โœจ

Very informative video. Be careful of what you feed your mind. Reduce negative thoughts and overthinking. Avoid comparing with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming–outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Donโ€™t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations before sleep, in college, at work, taking a walk, when reading, etc.etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Best wishes–Counsellor.

Im sorry but I disagree about exercising in the morning. Why would anyone want to be sweaty for the rest of the day?

Just run everyday and after about a month it becomes natural like breathing, it helps so do it.
