My 2 cents: I take a hot sauna then get in my inversion table and hang at 45 degree angle for about 15 minutes – the blood flows thru heat induced dilated blood vessels, greatly enhances blood brain circulation! This is not medical advice, just what works for me!

I exercise my brain with 2000mg of Keppra๐exercise for me has always relieved stress got me more focused, motivated, productive.
Good job with this video. I think often times we tend to forget, that our brain in the head is just a small part of our whole body. Mind=body ๐

There are a lot of things that are more specific than this video explains. Dancing and juggling are really good for the brain and connecting mind and body. Kinda surprised at this video – I was expecting something more scientific. Sure exercises can help, but specific kinds of exercise are more helpful, and she didn’t even touch that. I expected much better from a neuroscientist.

Very informative video. Be careful of what you feed your mind. Reduce negative thoughts and overthinking. Avoid comparing with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming–outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Donโt fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations before sleep, in college, at work, taking a walk, when reading, etc.etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Best wishes–Counsellor.

Im sorry but I disagree about exercising in the morning. Why would anyone want to be sweaty for the rest of the day?
Just run everyday and after about a month it becomes natural like breathing, it helps so do it.
I really need focus.. because i have dreams.. i will try what i can do.
I’d say the best exercise for anyone would be cycling or biking.
