I did this exercise …………….and I needed 2 hrs to feel my body again
I like easy version (Beginner)
After following this workout for around 6 weeks(not continuous 🙁) , i can do-
Pushups- 16
Diamond push ups(b)- 13
Squats- 14
Crunches(b)-12
Burpees – 8
*(b)- beginner
I will try to continuously update this a week or two later.
