    I’m so glad we talking about low carb on national news. This 14 day is a good start then add animal protien and animal fat. Remember eating healthy fats makes you lose weight.

    Imagine you can eat high fat, zero carbs and medium protein. Eat your belly full everyday.
    And lose weight. This is the life!
    And high fat does NOT give you health problems. High fat heals your body to real.
    But l know it is hard to kick the carbs.
    But it is worth it.
