if you dont know anything about nutrition, maybe its best not to talk about the fitness of the body. those two are interconnected, and maybe maybe its because of your diet and choice of workout why you look like you look, and why you refuse to tell your age. this guy knows jack shit. and this mofo had me almost the entire show and made me look things up and more and more I realized this guy is in it just to make a few bucks with the very very little knowledge he has. nobody should take this guy seriously even though he tries to make some good points that are allready made by others.

Simplest eating advice I can give for better health is eat less processed foods and more natural foods! The natural the food the better! Don’t eat in excess and stress the body with a fast periodically and some form of exercise or prolonged movement daily! It’s not really that hard. Reach out to me if you want more or need accountability.

In a normal day, two meals works for me, but what about those days when I’m on the bike all day long. We’re talking 8 hours of riding. I feel like endurance requires a steady stream of carbs. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Vegetables are good for a variety of reason, it fuels gut bacteria with high fiber, antioxidents, even the color pigment has shown to reduce cancer risk. Some vegetables like Cruciferous (broccoli, cauliflower, etc) pulls toxins from your body…idk wut the heel this guy is saying, he has been eating to many poison plants.

The reason every gym in NA has Kettlebells is directly because of Pavel. 600+lb deadlift, and can do a full on split. Well less than 200lbs to boot.
funny how the carnivore diet came right on the heels of the vegan trend. Got the meat market kinda edgy didnt it. We never seem to find the middle ground do we. Cos the middle ground doesnt polarise opinion, get people all excitable and make click through monetary gains. Mediterranean diet all the way….. consistenty stands up to influencer fads.

The fact that he repeatedly refused to talk about areas he has not studied deeply and has much less interest in make his assertions about subjects he has studied and practised all the more credible. He is spot on though talking about the complexity of it, so many claims about this and that food and advice keeps changing and there are so many variables..a bit like the questionable claims of Big Pharma and bio-chemists and nutritionists when it comes to the complexity of bio-chemistry and organ function, nutrition etc.
