I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn’t lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it’s definitely worth trying

The issue is exercise is vital to health. Doesn’t matter what the genetic predisposition is, if you don’t partake in an exercise routine, it won’t make a positive difference in weight.

  8. Raymond Saldana on May 18, 2022 at 8:54 pm

Can’t you change you genetic make up? What I mean is if your parents where obese because of poor diet and you eat and act like them you probably will get the same diseases. If you change everything you eat and are active working out you can change the outcome. Can’t you?

So if you do a dna test to get a diet plan that work for you may make sense. One thing I know for sure is trying to listen to the experts to get a diet plan it is super confusing when one says low carbs high fats and so on and on. So having a DNA test does make sense to me. I will look further into this as I want to eat the best diet but am confused as to what that is because of too many expert that can’t all be right.

    You still need to
    """exercise"""",
eat the right amount at the right time, eat the right ratio of macro nutrients, (including high amount of healthy fats)
Get large amount of quality micro nutrients (vitamins)
handle your psychology and stress (which affect digestion)
Find out and avoid (through blood testing and DNA) foods that you are allergic or have sensitivies to.
    Etc…

YOU DO NOT NEED DNA TESTING TO FIGURE OUT YOUR DIETING ISSUES! TWO THINGS AND TWO THINGS ONLY AFFECT EVERYONE’S PHYSIQUE. CALORIE INTAKE VS ENERGY EXPENDITURE! PERIOD! ANY PROMISES BEYOND THIS IS BS AND A SHORT CUT TO YOUR CASH!….HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW BITCHES!

  14. Aaron B on May 18, 2022 at 9:16 pm

The doctors from the show are so negative because this type of data shows how doctors have been practicing medicine with willful ignorance. Additionally they haven’t really discredited this type of service itself. The doctors = weak sauce

My entire family has order the Dna tests and we love it. With our results we can see which healthy foods will work or not work for us. We can see what we are deficient in and take more supplements.

Example my wife is deficient in vitamin b12, vitamin D and E etc…. she has taken these and now has the energy she was lacking before
