Girls don’t like skinny boys! Get muscles like me. I got 3kg of lean muscle in one month. The secret is website called Agoge Diet, because I followed their 30 days meal plan. IM FU**ING STRONG NOW!!!
Whats the dna test called
It’s a lot easier to stick to your diet plan when you know that you can have cheat meal twice a week without ruining your progress. Guys from Agoge Diet are doing a great job. Visit their website and see for yourself.
I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can’t wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.
I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn’t lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it’s definitely worth trying
The issue is exercise is vital to health. Doesn’t matter what the genetic predisposition is, if you don’t partake in an exercise routine, it won’t make a positive difference in weight.
Can’t you change you genetic make up? What I mean is if your parents where obese because of poor diet and you eat and act like them you probably will get the same diseases. If you change everything you eat and are active working out you can change the outcome. Can’t you?
So if you do a dna test to get a diet plan that work for you may make sense. One thing I know for sure is trying to listen to the experts to get a diet plan it is super confusing when one says low carbs high fats and so on and on. So having a DNA test does make sense to me. I will look further into this as I want to eat the best diet but am confused as to what that is because of too many expert that can’t all be right.
WHAT IS THIS SHOW???
It talks to people like they have brains!!!
Very new format!
LOVE IT, hopefully we’ll see more like this!
You still need to
eat the right amount at the right time, eat the right ratio of macro nutrients, (including high amount of healthy fats)
Get large amount of quality micro nutrients (vitamins)
handle your psychology and stress (which affect digestion)
Find out and avoid (through blood testing and DNA) foods that you are allergic or have sensitivies to.
Is he on drugs? Why is he talking like that?
YOU DO NOT NEED DNA TESTING TO FIGURE OUT YOUR DIETING ISSUES! TWO THINGS AND TWO THINGS ONLY AFFECT EVERYONE’S PHYSIQUE. CALORIE INTAKE VS ENERGY EXPENDITURE! PERIOD! ANY PROMISES BEYOND THIS IS BS AND A SHORT CUT TO YOUR CASH!….HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW BITCHES!
The doctors from the show are so negative because this type of data shows how doctors have been practicing medicine with willful ignorance. Additionally they haven’t really discredited this type of service itself. The doctors = weak sauce
IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STILL EAT FOOD YOU LIKE JUST CHECK *Agoge Diet* They provide you with personalized meal that contains only food you have selected, personalized training plan and amazing tips that helped me lose 30lbs.
The debate literally just got started and then the video ends…
It’s not just weight loss. It’s health too
My entire family has order the Dna tests and we love it. With our results we can see which healthy foods will work or not work for us. We can see what we are deficient in and take more supplements.
Example my wife is deficient in vitamin b12, vitamin D and E etc…. she has taken these and now has the energy she was lacking before
The Asian lady is a bullshitter
I only believe in Agoge Diet. They provide you with personalized meal plan, training plan, fitness tips, healthy recipes. Thats everything you need to transform your body and get six pack 😀
