In this session, we are going through more simple resistance band routines that you can work on in the comfort of your own home.
Resistance bands are a great way to add a little variety to your training as they help to strengthen your muscles and joints which comes in very handy during day to day activities.
Using a sturdy chair, you will walk through a full-body routine designed to help you feel stronger and more confident throughout your day!
As with all of these routines, only do what feels comfortable for you and remember to drink lots of water, breathe, and have fun!
