    Water is a micro nutrent
    Macros.those nutrients which our body needs in larger amount in order to functions properly
    Micronutrients.those nutrients which our body in smaller amount in order to funcations properly.

    2.) a) Macro Nutrient is needed in Large Quantity whereas Micro nutrients are needed in smaller Quantity.

    2.) Macros are needed for energy whereas Micros are needed to perform Chemical Reaction of body properly.
